| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨连续使用糖皮质激素吸入剂对老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者血糖、糖化血清白蛋白的影响.方法 对74例老年COPD患者给予沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松粉气雾剂吸入治疗,并于治疗前和治疗后2个月分别为患者测定空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血清白蛋白.结果 全组患者吸入糖皮质激素2个月,均未发现血糖及糖化血清白蛋白升高.结论 连续吸人糖皮质激素对COPD患者的近期血糖水平无影响. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the infection of inhaling glucocorticoid continuously on blood glucose and GA in elderly patients with COPD. Methods 74 elderly patients with COPD were given fluticaseone propionate powder and salmeterol xinafoate inhalational for 2 months.The blood glucose and GA were determined before and after treatment. Results After half year inhaled glucocorticoid,the blood glucose and GA of all patients were not increased. Conclusion It didn’t affect the blood glucose and GA to treat elderly COPD patients with inhaling glucocorticoid for long time. |
