| 摘 要： | 应用随机、单盲、对照的原则将１０５例盆腔炎患者分成三组：复方毛冬青液保留灌肠组、复方毛冬青液口服组、妇炎康组（阳性对照组）。结果灌肠组总有效率达９７．１４％，与口服组和阳性对照组比较，Ｐ＞０．０５。实验室数据表明，盆腔炎患者甲襞微循环的流态积分值、总积分值与健康人比较，Ｐ＜０．０１；应用复方毛冬青液保留灌肠后，其形态、袢周积分值、总积分值有所下降，其中形态积分值、总积分值与治疗前比较，Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１。结果表明，应用复方毛冬青液保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。

| Abstract: | A randomized, single-blinded control trial for chronic pelvic inflammation was carried out. One hundred and five cases were allocated to three groups: Group I treated with retention enema Radix Ilicis Pubescentis (RIP) Co., Group II with oral intake of RIP Co.and Group III with Fu Yan Kang as positive control. The results showed that the total effective rate of Group I is 97.14% ,which has no significant difference with Group II and III(P>0.05).The microcircula- tory examination showed that the hydrokinetic status in the nailfold microcirculation of patients (expressed by scoring) is different from that of normal subjects(P<0.01).After treated by retention enema of RIP Co.,the number of deformed vessels was reduced, and the loop periphery score and the total score were decreased(P<0.05 and <0.01 respectively). |
