海捷亚对中青年男性高血压病患者性功能的影响

目的观察评价氯沙坦钾氧氯噻嗪片（海捷亚）对中青年男性高血压病患者性功能的影响及降压疗效。方法对符合入选标准的86例中青年男性高血压病患者进行海捷亚治疗前后性功能指标、血压及心率水平的比较,并检测治疗前后空腹血尿酸、血钾、血肌酐等生化指标的变化。结果治疗8周后,海捷亚能平稳而明显地降低血压（P〈0.01）,勃起功能指数由（17.6±3.7）分上升到（20.3±3.1）分（P〈0.01）。两组治疗前后心率、血尿酸、血钾及血肌酐无明显变化。结论对于中青年男性高血压病患者,海捷亚在降压的同时能显著改善男性性功能。

Sexual function in iiddle-aged hypertensive men treated with hyzaar

Objective To evaluate the effects of hyzaar on the male sexual function in middle-aged hypertensive men.Methods Eighty-six middle-aged hypertensive men were treated with hyzaar 1 tablet per day for 8 weeks.Parameters of sexual function,blood pressure,heart rate,blood U-ric acid,potassium and creatinine were measured before and after hyzaar treatment for 8 weeks.Results Both SBP and DBP were significantly decreased in patients after hyzaar treatment（P 0.01）.More significant improvement of sexual function seorces were observed in patients treated with hyzaar（from 17.6 ± 3.7 to 20.3 ± 3.1,P 0.01）.The heart rate and biochemical indicators for the patients before and after treatment,had no significant changes.Conclusion Beside antihypertensive effect,hyzaar may obviously improve the sexual function in middle-aged hypertensive men.
