摘    要:目的 :观察小剂量尼尔雌醇对绝经后冠心病患者血浆内皮素、一氧化氮及血浆纤溶活性的影响。方法 :30例患者在常规治疗基础上加用小剂量尼尔雌醇 ,观察治疗前后血浆内皮素、一氧化氮及血浆纤溶活性的变化。结果 :血浆一氧化氮、组织型纤溶酶原激活物活性显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,血浆内皮素、纤溶酶原激活物抑制物活性降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :尼尔雌醇可以改善内皮细胞功能和纤溶活性 ,可作为绝经后妇女单一预防冠心病的药物

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effects of small dose of nylestriol in ET 1,NO and thrombolytic activity in postmenipause women with CHD.Method:30 cases of women with CHD who had menopause for more than 2 years were enrolled and received 2mg of oral nylestriol once a month.Results:It was found that nylestriol increased the level of NO and activity of tissue plasminogenal activator(t PA)in plasma,decreased the level of ET 1 and activity of plasminogenal activator inhibitor 1(PAI 1)in plasma.Conclusion:Nylestriol can enhance endothelic functions and thrombolytic activity.It can be used as the first single drug to prevent post menipause women from CHD.
