| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨对乳腺癌术后化疗患者实施健康教育的效果。方法 将60例乳腺癌术后化疗患者随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用传统健康教育法,试验组按指定的临床护理程序进行健康教育。结果 试验组患者满意度及健康教育达标率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 采用临床护理程序进行健康教育,能提高乳腺癌术后化疗患者的满意度及健康教育达标率,改善患者生活质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of performing healthy education in the breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy after operation.Methods 60 patients with breast cancer,treated with chemotherapy after operation,were randomly divided into test group and control group.The healthy education program basic of clinic nusing program schedule was performed in test group,and the tradition healthy education was performed in control group.Results The patients＇satisfaction degree and the rate up to healthy education standard in test group are significantly higher than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Healthy education based on clinic nusing program is effective on breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy after operation,and can efficiently improve patients＇quality of life. |
