| 摘 要： | 目的:研究驱白巴布期对正常小鼠全血铜、锌含量的影响,同时,建立全血中铜、锌元素的含量测定方法。方法:采用血清药化给药方式给予小鼠灌胃7 d,取血,FAAS法测定全血中铜、锌含量。结果:实验组与对照组小鼠全血铜水平有显著性差异(P<0.05),锌水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:驱白巴布期对正常小鼠全血铜含量有影响,锌含量无影响,FAAS法作为全血中铜、锌含量测定的方法简便、快速、准确。 |
