| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨低分子量肝素 (LMWH)治疗重症急性胰腺炎 (SAP)的疗效。方法 :分析对比LMWH治疗组(H组 ) 19例和常规治疗组 (G组 ) 2 1例的疗效。结果 :LMWH治疗前后凝血指标比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。中转手术率 :H组 (31.6 % )明显低于G组 (6 6 .7% ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ;并发症率 :H组 (31.6 % )明显低于G组 (6 6 .7% ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ;死亡率 :H组 (15 .8% )明显低于G组 (33.3% ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治愈率 :H组 (84 .2 % )明显高于G组 (6 6 .7% ) (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :LMWH对SAP的治疗有确切疗效。LMWH治疗SAP不会引起出血倾向。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) on severe acute pancreatitis (SAP).Methods:Comparision was made on the clinical features and therapeutic effect on the routine treatment(G)group in 21cases and LMWH treatment(H)group in 19 cases.Results:The parameters of coagulation showed no significant difference before and after LMWH therapy ( P >0.05).Changing to operation rate in H group was obviously lower than that in G group( P <0. 05).Complication rate in H group was significantly lower than that in G group ( P <0. 05). Morality in H group was significantly lower than that in G group ( P <0. 05). Curative rate in H group was significantly higher than that in G group ( P <0. 05).Conclusions:LMWH therapy is effective in the treatment for SAP. LMWH therapy for SAP is safe and can not lead to bleeding tendency. |
