皮内试验皮肤不消毒的研究

目的通过实验研究,探讨皮内试验皮肤不消毒的临床意义。方法研究从2007年1月至2009年1月对4658例患者随机分两组,即试验组和对照组,实验组皮试前作好患者的解释工作,采用不消毒直接皮内注射方法,对照组采用传统的消毒方法,即75%酒精消毒后进行皮内注射,对比观察两组皮试后皮肤感染状况及假阳性率。结果两种皮试假阳性结果有显著差异,两组患者均无皮肤感染。结论直接皮内注射的试验方法安全适用,排除了由皮肤消毒剂引起的假阳性,减轻了患者的痛苦,节约了卫生资源,提高了工作效率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To examine the significance of skin which test does not disinfect the skin.Methods Study ranged from January 2007~January 2009,4658 cases were randomly divided into two groups, namely experimental group used and control group, experimental group patients with skin test prior to make the interpretation, use of direct intradermal injection method of disinfection, control group used The traditional method of disinfection, to use 75% alcohol disinfection of the skin befor the injection, compared the skin after the skin test,which were observed and the false positive rate of infection. Results Two false-positive skin test results were significantly different, both groups had no skin infections. Conclusion Direct intradermal injection of test methods is a safet applicable way which exclded false positive skin disinfectant, reduced the suffering of patients, saved the health resources, improved efficiency, It’s worthy of clinical application.
