不同稀释液对血清HCG测定的影响

摘    要:
目的:探讨不同稀释液对高浓度血清HCG测定结果的影响。方法:将不同孕妇的血清分别用专用稀释液、混合低值血清、蒸馏水、生理盐水稀释,然后用磁分离酶联免疫法测定HCG值。结果:血清标本用蒸馏水、混合低值血清稀释后测得的HCG值与用专用稀释液稀释后测得的HCG值比较存在显著性的差异,而生理盐水与专用稀释液比较差异无统计学意义。结论:除专用稀释液外,生理盐水是磁分离酶联免疫法测定血清HCG的首选稀释液。

Abstract:
Objective:To study the influence of the different diluent to human chorionic gonadotropin in human serum.Methods:Measuring the human chorionic gonadotropin in different pregnant's serum diluted with specialized diluent,low serum,NS and H2O by enzyme linked immunosorbet and magnetic solid phase assay.Results:Serum specimen of human chorionic gonadotropin diluted with low serum and H2O comparing with specialized diluent exist significant differences.Conclusions:The NS is the best diluent in this Experiment.
