齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症阴性症状40例

目的观察齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的临床疗效和安全性。方法将80例慢性精神分裂症患者随机均分为两组，分别给予齐拉西酮和舒必利治疗8周，以阴性症状量表（SANS）、临床疗效总评量表（CGI）评定疗效，以副反应量表（TESS）评定副作用。结果与治疗前比较，治疗后两组SANS和CGI评分均有显著性差异（P〈0．01），但两组间总体疗效无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。齐拉西酮组副作用主要为轻度静坐不能、震颤、嗜睡，舒监利组则主要为轻度体重增加和内分泌改变，齐拉西酮组的副作用发生率少于舒必利组。结论齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症阴性症状有良好疗效，副作用少且安全。

Clinical Observation of Ziprasidone and Sulpiride in Treatment of Schizophrenia with Negative Symptoms in 40 Cases

Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of ziprasidone and sulpiride in the treatment of schizophrenia with negative symptoms. Methods Eighty patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly allocated to two groups treated with ziprasidone and sulpiride for 8 weeks,respectively. Scale for Assessment Negative Syndrome （SANS）,Clinical Global Impression （CGI） and Treatment Emergent Side Effect Scale （TESS） were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects. Results Both groups showed significant efficacy after treatment than before （P〈0, 01） and the total efficacy showed no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）, Ziprasidone had fewer side effects than sulpiride. Conclusion Ziprasidone is safe and effective in treating schizophrenia with negative symptoms.
