双源CT血管造影评价冠状动脉旁路移植术后桥血管的价值

目的探讨双源CT血管造影（CTA）评价冠状动脉旁路移植术后桥血管的价值。方法对95例冠状动脉旁路移植术患者进行双源CTA检查，对所有图像进行后处理重建，包括最大密度投影（MIP）、曲面重建（CPR）、容积再现（VR），评价桥血管的通畅情况或再狭窄程度。结果95例患者的CTA图像均符合诊断要求，清晰显示桥血管196支．其中动脉桥91支，静脉桥105支。有37支桥血管出现不同程度再狭窄，桥血管闭塞14支。结论双源CTA检查经各种后处理技术能清晰显示桥血管及冠状动脉本身，是评价冠状动脉旁路移植术后桥血管的一种准确可靠的无创检查方法。

Application of dual-source CT angiography in evaluation of the graft vessels after coronary artery bypasses graft

Objective To investigate the application of dual-source CT angiography （CTA） in evaluation of graft vessels after coronary artery bypass graft （CABG）. Methods Ninety-five patients who underwent successfully CABG were examined with dual-source CTA, There were totally 196 graft vessels were imaged, including 91 artery vessels, 105 venous vessels. The scan scale included thorax to cardiac apex in left diaphragmatic muscle. All raw images were reconstructed with maximum intensity projection （MIP）, curved multiple planar reformations（CPR）, and volume rendering （VR）. The obtained images were evaluated for the patent of graft vessels and restenosis. Results Totally 196 graft vessels in 95 cases were clearly displayed, and 37 coronary artery bypass grafts were restenosis, other 14 graft vessels were considered to be occluded. Conclusion The dual-source CT angiography can clearly display the native coronary and anastomotic stoma, as a non-invasive method it can be used for follow-up of patents with graft vessels.
