| 摘 要： | [目的]观察调神通淋汤治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎综合征(CPPS)的临床疗效及其对尿流率的影响。[方法]62例CPPS患者随机分为两组,分别采用调神通淋汤(治疗组32例)、盐酸坦索罗辛片(对照组30例)治疗60天,观察两组患者治疗前后慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数(NIH-CPSI)、尿流率的变化。[结果]临床治愈率、总有效率治疗组(P<0.01)优于对照组(P<0.05);最大尿流率和平均尿流率两组患者治疗后均有显著改善(P<0.05)。[结论]调神通淋汤可改善慢性前列腺炎症状及尿流率,是治疗CPPS的有效组方。 |
