| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨运用中药治疗神经性耳鸣,观察其临床疗效。方法]对110例神经性耳鸣患者,根据中医理论辩证分为六型治疗:外邪侵袭,治以清热疏风,宣肺通窍;肝火上炎,治以清泄肝胆,开郁通窍;痰火郁结,治以清热化痰,开郁通窍;气滞血瘀,治以活血化瘀,通络开窍;肾元亏损,治以补肾填精,充养耳窍;气血亏损,治以益气养血,通利耳窍。结果]经治疗1周～3个月,显效43例,有效52例,无效15例。结论]中药治疗神经性耳鸣有较好效果。
