| 摘 要： | 目的对新生儿重症监护室（NICU）中的高危儿听力状况进行研究分析，完善新生儿听力筛查工作。方法对681例在NICU住院的高危新生儿进行听力筛查和诊断，检查结果运用SPSS18．0统计软件进行分析。结果NICU听力障碍率2．39％，听神经病发病率0．34％；住院期间听力初筛未通过率高，42d复筛通过率高；听损伤的主要高危因素是：早产、高胆红素血症、颅面形态畸形和宫内感染。结论NICU高危儿是听力障碍的高发人群，需重点关注；NICU高危儿的听力状况存在着各种变化；瞬态诱发耳声发射＋快速听性脑干发应是NICU高危儿较适宜的听力筛查模式，42d是联合筛查较适宜的时间。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the hearing condition of high risk newborns in neonatal intensive care unit （NICU）. Methods Hearing screening was carried out for 681 high risk newborns in hospital NICU. The results were analyzed using the SPSS18.0 statistics software. Results The rate of hearing impairment in this group of newborns was 2.39% and the incidence rate of auditory neuropathy was 0.34%. The risk factors of the hearing disorder were prepartum, high bilirubinemia, abnormal skull surface shape and infection in womb. Conclusion The incidence of hearing disorder is high for newborns in NICU and hearing screening is necessary for this group of newborns. |
