调中饮对功能性消化不良儿童血浆胃肠激素的影响

目的研究调中饮对功能性消化不良（FD）儿童血浆胃肠激素的影响。方法 80例功能性消化不良患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组采用调中饮口服治疗,对照组采用吗丁啉糖浆口服治疗。观察治疗前后血清胃泌素（GAS）及生长抑素（SS）的变化。结果 2组病例治疗前血清GAS,SS水平差异无统计意义（P〉0.05）,治疗后血清GAS水平上升,SS水平下降,同组治疗前后及治疗后与对照组比较差异均有统计意义（P〈0.05）。结论调中饮能提高血清GAS水平,降低血清SS水平,可能是调中饮改善功能性消化不良儿童胃肠功能的作用机制之一。

Effect of Tiaozhongyin on pediatric gastrointestinal hormones of functional dyspepsia patients

Objective To study the effect of Tiaozhongyin on pediatric gastrointestinal hormone of functional dyspepsia（FD） patients.Methods 80 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia were randomized into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The treatment group took Tiaozhongyin orally,control group took domperidone oral syrup.Serum gastrin and somatostatin were determined before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the serum gastrin and somatostatin had no significant difference between the 2 groups（P0.05）.After treatment,serum gastrin increased,somatostatin decreased,and there was obvious difference between the 2 groups（P0.05）.There was obvious difference in the same group before and after treatment both in gastrin and somatostatin（P 0.05）.Conclusion Tiaozhongyin can increase serum gastrin,decrease serum somatostatin,which might be its mechanism in treating functional dyspepsia.
