辛伐他汀联合银杏叶片对冠心病合并高脂血症心脏功能和血脂水平的影响简

目的：探讨辛伐他汀联合银杏叶片对冠心病合并高脂血症心脏功能和血脂水平的影响。方法：将60例冠心病合并高脂血症患者随机分为两组，对照组（30例）采用辛伐他汀治疗，在此基础上，观察组（30例）加服银杏叶片，观察两组的临床疗效，并比较两组的心脏功能参数和血脂水平变化。结果：观察组总有效率为92．5％，对照组总有效率为72．5％，两组差异显著（P〈0．05）；两组治疗前TC、TG、LDL—C、HDL—C水平差异不显著（P〉O．05），治疗后的HDL—C水平无明显差异（P〉0．05），但TC、TG、LDL—C水平差异显著（P〈O．05）。两组治疗前的EF、CO、EDD、CI水平差异不显著（P〉0．05）；对照组治疗后的EF、CO、EDD水平均有所改善（P〈O．05），但其HDL—C水平无明显变化（P〉0．05），观察组EF、CO、EDD、CI水平均有明显改善（P〈0．05），两组治疗后的EF、CO、EDD、CI水平差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论：辛伐他汀联合银杏叶片治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的临床效果较好，能有效改善心脏功能和血脂水平，值得I】盘床推广应用。

Effect of Simvastatin Combined with Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract Tablets Combined Hyperlipidemia in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Cardiac Function and Blood Lipid Level

Objective：To investigate the effects of simvastatin in Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract Tablets Combined with high lipid in cardiac function and blood lipid levels in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods ： 6o patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia treated in my hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, The control group （30 cases） was gave Simvastatin, on the basic of the control group, the observation group was gave ginkgo leaf tablet, heart function and blood fat were observed between the two groups. Results ： the total effective rate in observation group was 92.5 %, total effec- tive rate in control group was 72. 5%, total effective rate of two groups was different significantly （x2= 8. 007, P〈0. 05）. the difference of TC, TG, LDL, HDL-C-C level before treatment between two groups were not significant （P〉0.05）, HDL-C level of the two groups after treatment had no significant difference （P〉0.05）, the two groups of TC, TG, LDL-C level after treatment was significantly different （P〈0.05）. The two groups before treatment of EF, CO, EDD, CI level difference was not significant （P 〉0.05） ; Control group of EF, CO, EDD level after treatment were improved （P〈O. 05）, but its level of HDL-C had no obvious change （P〉0.05）, the observation group of EF, CO, EDD, CI level after treatment had improved significantly （P〈0.05）, two groups of EF, CO, EDD, CI level had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. the effect of Simvastatin combined with ginkgo leaf tablet on heart function and blood fat of coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia is good, it can effectively improve blood lipid levels, heart function, blood rheology, and it worths in the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia and should be more widely used.
