| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨影响新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)手术疗效的临床及代谢因素.方法 回顾分析本院2010年1月至2014年12月5年间收治的NEC患儿的临床资料,并比较各种临床资料及代谢指标对NEC手术患儿预后的影响.结果 单因素分析结果发现气腹、血小板降低、CRP升高、腹膜炎、肠梗阻等5个因素P≤0.2,将此5个因素作为待选变量引入到回归方程,结果显示血小板降低及CRP升高是NEC手术失败的独立危险因素.结论 CRP与血小板计数,可作为预测NEC手术预后的指标之一. |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the factors influencing the effect of surgery for neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC).Methods The clinical data of 102 cases of NEC treated at our hospital from January,2010 to December,2014 and were retrospectively analyzed.The factors influencing the prognosis were analyzed and compared.Results Univariate analysis found that pneumoperitoneum,thrombocytopenia,the increase of CRP,peritonitis,intestinal obstruction etc.five factors P ≤ 0.2;these five factors as candidates for variables were put into the regression equation,and the results show that thrombocytopenia and the increase of CRP were independent risk factors for the effects of surgical therapy on NEC.Conclusions Platelet count and CRP should be monitored as the predictive factors for NEC patients especially for those who need operation. |
