CT引导下射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛的临床观察

目的 研究CT引导下射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛的疗效和安全性.方法 应用CT引导下行三叉神经半月节射频热凝术180例,观察围手术期镇痛效果、复发率以及治疗并发症.结果 使用射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛术中镇痛有效率100％,术后1年镇痛有效率95.1％,复发后VAS评分(7.3±2.7),且无严重不良反应.结论 使用射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛治疗效果好,可满足患者快速镇痛、效果持续、减少复发的要求,同时无严重不良反应,是一种安全有效快速的三叉神经痛治疗方案.

Clinical observation of CT guided radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of CT guided radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.Methods 180 cases of trigeminal neuralgia were treated by CT guided radiofrequency ablation,and the analgesic effect,the recurrence rate,and the complications were observed.Results The effective rate was 100％ in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with radiofrequency heat coagulation,the effective rate was 95.1％ after 1 year,and the VAS score was (7.3±2.7) after recurrence,and no serious adverse reactions were observed.Conclusions Radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia has good effect,which can meet the needs of rapid analgesia,continuous effect,reducing recurrence,without serious adverse reactions,which is a safe and effective method for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.
