围术期优质护理干预对腹股沟疝患者影响分析

目的 分析围术期优质护理干预对腹股沟疝患者效果.方法 腹股沟斜疝患者100例随机分为干预组与对照组,每组50例.对照组采用常规护理干预包括术前干预和心理干预,干预组在对照组基础上围术期优质护理干预包括术前干预、术中干预及术后干预.分析两组术中出血量、术后下床活动时间、住院时间、干预总满意率及术后并发症情况比较.结果 干预组患者术中出血量(65.98±6.57)ml少于对照组(84.62±9.17) ml,术后下床活动时间(18.93±4.62)h快于对照组(28.73±6.73)h,住院时间(4.37±0.87)d短于对照组(5.98±1.20)d,均差异有统计学意义(均P＜0.05);干预组患者总满意率(98.00％)高于对照组(76.00％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预组术后并发症(6.00％)低于对照组(28.00％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 围术期优质护理干预对腹股沟疝患者效果显著,具有重要意义.

Influence of perioperative high quality nursing intervention on patients with inguinal hernia

Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative high quality nursing intervention on patients with inguinal hernia.Methods 100 patients with inguinal hernia were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group,50 cases for each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,including preoperative intervention and psychological intervention;in addition,the intervention group received perioperative high quality nursing intervention,including preoperative intervention,intraoperative intervention,and postoperative intervention.The intraoperative bleeding volume,time for postoperative off-bed activity,length hospital of stay,total satisfaction rate,and postoperative complications were compared between these two groups.Results The intraoperative bleeding volume was lower and the time for postoperative off-bed activity and length hospital of stay were shorter in the intervention group than in the control group [(65.98±6.57) ml vs.(84.62±9.17)ml,(18.93±4.62) h vs.(28.73±6.73) h,and (4.37±0.87) d vs.(5.98±1.20) d],with statistical differences (all P＜ 0.05)).The total satisfaction rate was higher and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the intervention group than in the control group (98.00％ vs.76.00％ and 6.00％ vs.28.00％) (P＜0.05).Conclusion Perioperative high quality nursing intervention has a significant effect on patients with inguinal hernia.
