| 摘 要： | 采用历史文献法对精神科患者的特殊性、风险管理的相关理论以及国内外预警评分机制的应用现状及效果进行分析.对精神科住院患者安全预警机制的研究现状进行综述,探索更为科学的安全管理方法.结合精神科住院患者的特点,构建具有精神科特色的患者安全预警机制,从而最大限度地确保患者安全. |

| Abstract: | By the method of historical documents,the particularity of psychiatric patients,the related theory of risk management,and the application status and the effect of early warning scoring mechanism at home and abroad were analyzed.This article summarized the progress on research starus of security early warning mechanism for psychiatric inpatients,to explore a more scientific method for security management.In combination with the characteristics of the psychiatric inpatients,to build the early warning mechanism with characteristic of psychiatric patients' security,thus to ensure patients safety to the maximum limit. |
