热毒宁治疗轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效观察

目的 分析与研讨热毒宁治疗轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效.方法 选择本院于2014年2月至2015年2月间收治的71例轮状病毒性肠炎患者为研究对象,分为实验组38例和对照组33例;实验组给予热毒宁治疗,对照组给予利巴韦林治疗,比较两组治疗效果、各项观察指标变化与大便情况.结果 实验组的治疗总有效率为97.37％,对照组的治疗总有效率为78.79％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).实验组的住院时间、止泻时间、病毒转阴时间与退热时间均短于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).实验组的大便转糊状天数与大便成形天数均短于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05).结论 热毒宁治疗轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效较显著,能够缩短患者的住院时间,加快患者的康复速度,可以在临床中普遍应用.

Reduning in treatment of rotavirus enteritis

Objective To study and analyze the effect of Reduning in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis.Methods 71 patients with rotavirus enteritis treated at our hospital from February,2014 to February,2015 were selected as study subjects and were divided into a experimental group (n=38)and a control group (n=33).The experimental group were treated with Reduning and the control group fibavirin.The treatment effects,observation indicators,and stool conditions were compared between these two groups.Results The total effective rate was 97.37％ in the experimental group and was 78.79％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P＜0.05).The hospital stay,antidiarrheal time,virus clearance time,fever-disappeared time,stool forming time were shorter in the experimental group than in the control group,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Reduning in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis is significantly effective and can shorten the patient's hospital stay,promote the patients' rehabilitation,and so it can be clinically widely used.
