老年精神分裂症患者采用阿立哌唑与喹硫平治疗对其PANSS评分及不良反应发生率的影响

目的 分析阿立哌唑与喹硫平治疗老年精神分裂症患者的效果.方法 随机选择2015年1月至2016年1月在本院接受治疗的老年精神分裂症患者60例参与研究,随机平均分成两组,对照组利用喹硫平对患者进行治疗,观察组选择阿立哌唑对患者进行治疗,比较两组治疗前后PANSS评分变化情况以及不良反应发生情况.结果 两组治疗后PANSS评分较治疗前均有明显下降,但组间差距不明显;观察组治疗总有效率为83.33％,对照组为76.67％;两组治疗后生活质量较治疗前均有明显上升,但组间差距不明显;观察组不良反应发生率为13.33％,对照组为26.67％,两组不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义.结论 阿立哌唑与喹硫平在老年精神分裂症患者的治疗中都有较好疗效,但是相对于喹硫平,阿立哌唑能够减少不良反应,提高治疗安全性,值得推广.

Aripiprazole and quetiapine for senile schizophrenia and its influence on PANSS score and incidence of adverse reactions

Objective To analyze the efficacy of aripiprazole and quetiapine in the treatment of elderly patients with schizophrenia.Methods 60 elderly patients with schizophrenia treated at our hospital from January,2015 to January,2016 were randomly selected as study objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group were treated with quetiapine and the observation group aripiprazole.Before and after the treatment,the PANSS score and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between these two groups.Results The PANSS score was significantly lower and the life quality was higher after than before the treatment in both groups,but with no statistical difference between these two groups.The total efficacy was 83.33％ in the observation group and was 76.67％ in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was 13.33％ in the observation group and was 26.67％ in the control group.Conclusions Both aripiprazole and quetiapine in the treatment of elderly patients with schizophrenia are effective,but aripiprazole has lower incidence of adverse reactions and is sager,so it worth being generalized.
