人乳头瘤病毒在中国大陆女性的型别分布的Meta分析

目的 分析人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)型别在中国大陆女性中的分布特征.方法 检索万方数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库收录的2009年1月至2016年1月我国女性大样本、一般人群的HPV型别相关研究,进行筛选、评估和数据提取,采用Meta分析法进行评价.结果 纳入31篇文献;HPV感染型别各地方一致,均在HPV16、HPV52、HPV58出现峰值,其中HPV16占所统计的19种HPV型别的9.77％～41.63％,HPV52占3.43％～28.68％,HPV58占5.29％ ～ 14.36％;HPV68、HPV6、HPV 11、HPV43只在个别地方出现峰值;其余几种HPV未见明显峰值.结论 中国大陆女性HPV感染型别以HPV16、HPV52、HPV58为主,HPV型别的分布存在明显的地区差异.

Meta-analysis of distribution of human papillomavirus types in Chinese women

Objective To explore the distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV) types in Chinese women.Methods By searching the literatures,associated researches published on WanFang database,China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),and China Biology Medicine disc (CBMdisc) from January,2009 to January,2016 were analyzed and evaluated comprehensively.Results 31 literatures were included for meta-analysis.The three most common HPV types in Chinese women were HPV16,HPV52,and HPV58.The HPV16 infection rates were from 9.77％ to 41.63％ in the 19 HPV types.The infection rates of HPV52 were from 3.43％ to 28.68％.And the infection rates of HPV58 were from 5.29％ to 14.36％.The distribution of other common types in different regions varid.Conclusions The main types of HPV are HPV16,HPV52,and HPV58 in China.The HPV distribution varies in some extent in different regions in Chinese women.
