中医体质学说在妇科常见慢性盆腔疼痛疾病治疗中的应用

目的 探讨中医体质调治对慢性盆腔疼痛(CPP)的治疗作用.方法 对85例CPP患者进行随机分组,其中治疗组根据体质和证型给予体质调养意见及中医辨证论治;而对照组则只进行中医辨证论治.在第3月末进行随访,了解患者情况.结果 治疗组总有效率为82.5％,明显高于对照组的73.0％;疼痛分析指数(PRI)感觉分及总分得分均值间经t检验,差异有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 在辨证论治基础上,针对不同的体质类型辅助给予体质调养措施,更有助于减轻CPP患者的疼痛.

Application of Chinese medicine theory of constitution in diagnose and cure of common gynecologic chronic pelvic pain disease

Objective To explore the curative effect of body constitution of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic pelvic pain(CPP).Methods 85 patients with CPP were divided into a treatment group (n=44) and a control group (n=41).The treatment group were treated in terms of the body constitution of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,while the control group were given just traditional Chinese medicine.After three months' treatment,the patients filled the same form to find the change of their pain degree.The results were analyzed statistically and showed in figures.Results After the treatment,the total effective rate was 82.5％ in the treatment group and 73.0％ in the control group.The PRI Feeling Point and PRI Total Point were lower in the treatment group than in the control group,with statistical differences (both P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Treatment based on the body constitution of traditional Chinese medicine can help us prevent and treat CPP.
