个性化护理对肺癌合并糖尿病患者并发症的影响

目的 分析个性化护理在肺癌合并糖尿病患者并发症中的干预作用.方法 选取2013年8月至2016年8月在本院实施治疗的80例肺癌合并糖尿病患者,随机将患者分成两组,每组患者40例,其中对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施个性化护理干预,对两组患者的并发症发生率对比分析.结果 对照组患者的并发症发生率为57.5％,观察组为5.0％,和对照组患者相比,观察组患者的临床并发症发生率显著偏低,差异有统计学意义(x2=10.2351,P=0.0258).观察组患者的术后空腹血糖为(7.15±2.03) mmol/L,对照组患者为(9.04±1.43) mmol/L,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 个性化护理在肺癌合并糖尿病患者护理中的应用,有助于显著降低患者的并发症发生率及死亡率,值得推广应用.

The effect of individualized nursing care on the complications of patients with lung cancer and diabetes

Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nursing intervention on the complications of lung cancer patients complicated with diabetes.Methods 80 patients with lung cancer and diabetes treated in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing care,while observation group was given individualized nursing intervention.Compared the incidence of complications in the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (5％ vs.57.5％),with statistically significant difference between two groups (x 2=10.2351,P--0.0258).The postoperative fasting blood glucose was (7.15±2.03) mmol/L in observation group,and (9.04±1.43)mmol/L in control group,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing care helps to significantly reduce the incidence of complications and mortality in patients with lung cancer and diabetes,which is worth promotion and application.
