Abstract:Objective: To study the difference between essential hypertension and diabetes in complex coronary heart disease. Methods: 418 of inpatients are divided into essential hypertension set(236 cases) and diabetes set(182 cases) to compare proba-bility of complex symptom with diabetes and hypertension respectively and the relationship with coronary heart disease. Re-sults; The probabilities of hypertension with complex diabetes and diabetes with complex hypertension were 29. 2% and 45.6% respectively. In hypertension set (divided hypertension and complex diabetes), the probabilities of complex coronary heart were 19.2% and 55.0% respectively, and in diabetes set(divided diabetes and complex hypertension) were 21.2% and 67.4% . According stat, the probability of complex coronary heart disease in patients of diabetes were higher than in one of hy-pertension obviously(P<0.01) ,and in female patients were higher than in male(F<0.01).Conclusion; This data shows that there were close relationship between hypertension and diabetes in complex coronary heart disease, and there are strongly dan-gerous factor of crowd coronary heart disease. it is very important to protect hypertension and diabetes actively for reducing the morbidity of cardiovascular diseases.
