| 摘 要： | 目的检测子宫内膜癌中IGF-2及其相应受体IGF-1R蛋白的表达情况,探讨IGF-2及其相应受体在子宫内膜癌变中的表达及作用。方法采用免疫组化PV法检测20例正常增生期子宫内膜（对照组）、30例子宫内膜腺癌（腺癌组）组织中IGF-2I、GF-1R的表达情况。结果IGF-2的过阳性表达在子宫内膜腺癌要显著高于正常子宫内膜且随病理分级的增高而表达增强,随手术病理分期的增高逐级增强I。GF-1R的过阳性表达在子宫内膜腺癌显著高于正常子宫内膜,且随病理分级的增高而表达增强。结论IGF-2及IGF-1R的异常高表达在子宫内膜癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of IGF-2 and its receptor IGF-1R protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma and analyze the possible correlation among the tumor stage and grade. Methods IGF-2.IGF- 1R expression characteristic of 20 normal endometriums and 30 endometrial adenocarcinomas were measured with immunohistochemistry. Results The IGF-2 and IGF-1R overexpressione rate of in endometrial adenocarcinomas was significantly higher than that in the normal endometriums. There was statistical difference of IGF- 2 and IGF-1R overexpressione between endometrial adenocarcinomas G1 group and G2＋G3 group. Conclusion Our data suggest that increased expression of IGF-2 and IGF-IR may be an important contributor to the risk of endometrial cancer. |
