胸膜外结扎动脉导管未闭16例

目的：探讨小儿动脉导管胸膜外手术结扎方法的疗效和优点。方法：1998年6月至2002年4月，对16例12岁以下的PDA患进行了胸膜外手术结扎。结果：全组无手术死亡，无术后肺部感染及导管再通，随访1－31个月，均恢复良好。结论：PDA胸膜外结扎是一种相对简单的手术方法，创伤小，输血少，肺部并发症少，恢复快，是一种安全而值得推广的手术方法。

Extrapleural approach for children''''s patent ductus arteriosus

Objective:To investigate the effect and advantages of extrapleural approach for children's patent ductus arteriosus(PDA) Methods:From June 1998 to April 2002,a total 16 children's patients under age twelve with ductus arterious were operatived on by extrapleural ligation Results:There were not any operative death in this group.There were not pulmonary infection and recurrence of PDA after operation.The satisfactory result was observed by follow up period ranged from 1 to 31 months Conclusion:Extrapleural approach for children's PDA obviates the pleural drainage tube and minimizes damage in the surgical repair.Blood transfusion and lung complication decrease,indicating that this technique is safe and useful
