回肠输尿管术治疗输尿管结石合并肾巨大积水106例

目的 总结分析应用回肠输尿管术治疗肾输尿管结石合并肾巨大积水的临床经验，提高治疗水平。方法 行取石术后，取末段回肠作肾下极与膀胱顶部问腹膜外吻合代输尿管引流通道。结果 106例患者术后均存活且症状迅速改善，体征消失，尿液、肾功能和血电解质检查基本正常。全部病例均随访，无明显合并症，患者获得较满意生活质量，治疗有效率100％。结论 回肠输尿管术是治疗肾输尿管结石合并肾巨大积水一种较为有效的手术方式，能达到尽量保留患肾，减少肾切除率的目的，临床疗效较满意。

Ileum-operation in the treatment of ureteral calculi combinated with huge kidney pooled water of 106 cases

Objective To discuss the clinical experience about the treatment of ileum-ureter operation in ureteral calculi combinated with huge kidney pooled water. Methods Have anastomoses outside of peritoneum between the kidney bottom and the top of bladder by using the end of ileum as drawn aisle of ileum after the operation of abstracting the ureteral calculi. Results The patients of 106 cases were all living and the symptoms were improved rapidly. The signs disappeared. The assay of urine, kidney function and electrocyte in blood were basically normal. All cases are followed-up, no obvious complication ,the patients had satisfactory quality of life, the effective rate of treatment was 100%. Conclusions Ileum-ureter operation is a kind of effective surgery for the treatment of ureteral calculi combinated with huge kidney pooled water. The operation can do its best to conserve the weak kidney and has the purpose of reducting the rate of kidney removal.
