飞机场地勤人员职业紧张及其对心理健康的影响

目的 探讨飞机场地勤人员职业紧张因素及其对心理健康的影响。方法 采用职业紧张问卷，对某市飞机场地勤大队的全体人员进行职业紧张因素和紧张反应调查，对紧张反应进行逐步回归分析。结果 分析表明，角色模糊、角色冲突、定量负荷、负荷变化、工作控制、睡眠时间为主要职业紧张因素；自尊感、工作心理控制源、社会支持是主要缓解因素，地勤人员的心理健康与多种职业紧张因素和缓解因素有关。结论 地勤人员工作中存在着职业紧张因素，这些因素和自尊感以及社会支持等缓解因素对心理健康影响显著。

Effect of Occupational Stress on Mental Health of Ground Crew at Airport

Objective\ To explore the occupational stresses and their effects on mental health of ground crew at the airport.Methods\ 118 ground crew at the airport was investigated by the Job Stress Questionnaire.The stepwise regression was used to analyze the affecting factors on strain reaction.Results\ Results showed that the role ambiguity,role conflict,job load,quantitative job load,load variety,job control and sleeping time were the main occupational stresses.The self\|esteem,work locus of control and social supports were the main modifiers.The mental health related closely to occupational stresses and modifiers.Conclusions\ Occupational stresses existed in the work of ground crew at the airport.The occupational stresses and modifiers affected significantly the mental health of ground crew.
