穴位注射治疗神经性耳鸣的临床研究

目的观察穴位注射治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法将135例神经性耳鸣患者随机分为2组。治疗组70例用维生素B12和利多卡因混合液翳风穴注射治疗,每日注射1次。对照组65例单纯用维生素B12翳风穴注射治疗,每日注射1次。2组均7日为1个疗程,3个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率84.3%,对照组总有效率69.2%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维生素B12和利多卡因混合液翳风穴注射治疗神经性耳鸣安全、有效,且操作简单,利于基层医院推广应用。

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of Point injection on nervous tinnitus

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of point injection on nervous tinnitus. Methods 135 patients with nervous tinnitus were randomly divided into two groups.70 patients in treatment group were treated by vitamin B12 and lidocaine injection at the Yifeng point, once a day; 65 patients in control group were treated by vitamin B12 only, once a day, with a treatment course of 7 days for both groups. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after 3 treatment courses in both groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 84.3% , which was 69.2% in control group. There was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The vitamin B12 integrated with lidocaine injection at the Yifeng point is effective, safe and simple in treating nervous tinnitus, which is liable to be popularized in local hospitals.
