MMP-9蛋白和微血管密度在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及意义

目的研究MMP-9和微血管密度（MVD）值在子宫内膜异位症（内异症）患者的异位内膜组织中的表达，探讨其与BMs发生发展的关系。方法用免疫组化方法检测45例患者异位子宫内膜组织和15例对照子宫内膜组织中MMP-9和微血管密度的表达。结果（1）异位内膜细胞中MMP-9的表达明显高于在位内膜和对照内膜；（2）微血管密度值在异位内膜中的表达明显高于在位内膜和对照内膜；（3）MMP-9与微血管密度在异位内膜中的表达没有相关性（P〉0．05），在对照内膜中的表达也无相关性（P〉O．05）。结论MMP-9、微血管密度在子宫内膜异位症的异位内膜表达增高，这些结果可能与并位内膜的侵袭有关。

The Expression of MMP-9 and Microvessel Density in Endometriosis and its Significance

Objective To study the expression of MMP - 9 and microvessel density （MVD） in ectopic endometrial tissue of the patients with endometfiosis （EMs） and to explore its relatianship with the occurrence and progress of EMs. Methods The expression of MMP -9 and MVD in ectopic endometfial tissue of 45 cases with EMs and of 15 normal as the control was detected by immunohistochemical study. Results The expression of MMP - 9 and the MVD were much higher in ectopic endometrial cells than those in the normal control; there ex- isted no correlation between the expression of MMP - 9 and that of MVD in ectopic endometHam （P 〉 0. 05 ） as well as in the control endo- metriam （P 〉 O. 05 ）. Conclusions It may be related to the invasion of ectopic endometriam that the expression of MMP - 9 and MVD in- creases in ectopic endometriam of the patients with EMs.
