| 摘 要： | 目的 探索SWOT分析法在神经内科重症监护室(NICU)护理管理风险中的应用,以持续改进护理质量.方法 2008年1~6月运用SWOT分析法评估重症监护室风险管理的内部优势、劣势和外部环境的机会、挑战或威胁因素并加以细化分析,从而制订相应对策.结果 与2007年7~12月相比,重症监护室的护理质控分数以及患者和家属的满意度有明显改善,护理差错和投诉事件发生率明显下降.结论 SWOT分析法用于指导NICU护理风险管理,可有效防范护理风险事件的发生,值得推广应用.
