股骨头缺血性坏死的X线与CT影像诊断分析

目的：探讨股骨头缺血性坏死的影像学表现,评价X线平片、CT在诊断股骨头缺血性坏死中的价值。方法：回顾性分析74例股骨头缺血性坏死患者的临床资料,其中,男56例,女18例,年龄21～60岁,平均34.2岁,病程5～36个月。随机将其分为X线组37例和CT组37例。结果：经统计学分析,37例患者的X线检查显示,早期（I期和Ⅱ期）股骨头缺血性坏死共5例,发现率约为13.5%;CT检查显示,早期（I期和Ⅱ期）股骨头缺血性坏死共13例,发现率约为35.1%;经χ2检验,CT与X线片对早期股骨头缺血性坏死的发现率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,CT较X线的效果更明显。结论：CT检查已越来越多地应用于股骨头缺血性坏死早期病变的发现,并为其早期诊断提供了强有力的帮助。

Avascular necrosis of the X-ray and CT imaging diagnosis

Objective：To investigate the ischemic necrosis of femoral head imaging to evaluate the X-ray,CT in the diagno-sis of avascular necrosis. Methods：A retrospective analysis of 74 cases of avascular necrosis, 56 cases of male and 18 female,aged 21-60 year-old,with an average of 34.2 years,duration of 5-36 months. Randomly divided the patients into 37 cases of X-ray group and 37 cases of CT group. Results：The results of statistical analysis,37 patients with X-ray examination showed early （I and Ⅱ） avascular necrosis of a total of 5 cases and found that the rate was about 13. 5%,CT examination showed early （I and Ⅱ） avascular necrosis of a total of 13 cases and found that the rate was about 35.1%. By chisquare test, the difference between CT and X films of early avascular necrosis of the detection rate was significant（ P0.01）, CT compared with X -line was more effective.Conclusion：CT examination has been increasingly applied in avascular necrosis of the discovery of early stage disease,and its early diagnosis provides a strong help.
