| 摘 要： | 目的通过对去甲万古霉素有效治疗恶性血液病化疗后感染研究,总结临床经验,提高诊治水平。方法回顾性分析淮北矿工总医院2004～2009年31例确诊为恶性血液病化疗后并发感染使用去甲万古霉素有效诊疗过程。结果去甲万古霉素治疗化疗后葡萄球菌、难辨梭状杆菌感染疗效满意,不良反应发生率低。结论对临床上恶性血液病患者化疗、广谱抗生素使用后诊断或倾向为葡萄球菌属、难辨梭状杆菌严重感染,经验性使用去甲万古霉素是适宜的。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the treatment of Malignant hematologic diseases under chemotherapy infections with Norvancomycin,to sum up clinical experience,and to improve treatment level.Methods From 2004 to 2009,31 cases with Malignant hematologic diseases under chemotherapy infections and treated with Norvancomycin were analyzed retrospectively.Results Effect of the Norvancomycin in treating infections of Staphylococcus and Pseudomembranous colitis was efficient.Conclusion The Norvancomycin was very efficient in the treatment of Staphylococcus and Pseudomembranous colitis under chemotherapy infections and broad-spectrum antibiotic. |
