中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎疗效观察

目的 观察中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎效果。方法 将幽门螺杆菌阳性的慢性胃炎患者１３０例分为２组。对照组６０例用胶态次枸楷酸铋、甲硝唑、四环素治疗，治疗组７０例在对照组常规治疗基础上加用中药辨证分型治疗。结果 治疗组显效５０例，有效１７例，总有效率９５．７％，对照组显效、有效、总有效率分别为２８例、２６例、９０％。２组总有效率无显著差异（Ｐ〉０．０５），但显效率有显著差异（Ｐ〈０．０１）。结论 中西医结

Observation of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on the treatment of 70 cases of chronic gastritis

Objective To investigate the effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on chronic gastritis. Methods 120 patients with chronic gastritis with helicobacter pylorinfection were divided into two groups. In control group (n=60) Colloidal bismuth subcitrate, metronidazolum and tetracycline were orally taken, in treatment group (n=60) integration of traditional Chinese medicine and routine treatment was utilized. Results Although there is no difference between the total effective rate in both groups, significant effect rate in treatment group is higher than those in control. Conclusions Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine is more effective on the treatment of chronic gastritis than the treatment of Western Medicine.
