| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征疗效。方法 难治性肾病综合征６７例，对照组３７例予以激素经典疗法加免疫抑制剂及对症治疗；治疗组３０例，在对照组治疗基础上，加用程氏萆Ｘｉｅ分清饮加味及地塞米松静脉冲击疗法。同时检测２组治疗前后２４ｈ尿蛋白、血浆白蛋白、血脂、肾功能、血流变学、血小板聚集率。结果 治疗组总有效率为９３．４％，对照组为５１．３％，治疗组治疗后检测指标均显著改善（Ｐ均〈０．０１），
