康莱特注射液联合CAP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效观察

观察康莱特注射液 (KLT)联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌 (non smallcelllungcancer ,NSCLC)的治疗效果。试验组 :采用环磷酰胺 (CTX) 多柔比星 (ADM) 顺铂 (DDP)方案化疗 2个周期 ,同时加用康莱特注射液 2 0 0mL/d静脉滴入 ,2 1d为 1个疗程 ,共 2个疗程。对照组单用CTX ADM DDP。两组有效率分别为 5 9 0 % ( 2 3 /3 9)和 3 6 6% ( 15 /4 1) ,差异有统计学意义 ,P <0 0 5 ;试验组骨髓抑制发生率为 48 7% ( 19/3 9) ,而对照组为 70 7% ( 2 9/4 1) ,差异有统计学意义 ,P <0 0 5 ;试验组消化道不良反应发生率为 2 5 6% ( 10 /3 9) ,对照组为 48 8% ( 2 0 /4 1) ,差异有统计学意义 ,P <0 0 5 ;试验组治疗前后KPS评分及体质量评分明显高于对照组 ,P <0 0 1;试验组治疗后T细胞亚群明显增高 ,P <0 0 5。康莱特联合CAP方案化疗可提高化疗的疗效 ,减轻化疗的不良反应 ,使患者的生存质量及免疫功能得到改善。

Combination of Kanglaite injection and CAP regime chemotherapy in treatment of late non-small cell lung cancer

The objective of this study was observe the curative effect of Kanglaite injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of late non-small cell lung cancer.The regime of the experimental group received chemotherapy of CTX ADM DDP regimen combined with Kanglaite injection 200 mL/d for consecutive twenty-one days for two courses,and the regime of the control group was chemotherapy only.Effective rate of experimental group was 59.0%,which was significantly higher than 36.6% of control group,P<0.05. The bone marrow suppresion and digestive system side-effects in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group,P<0.05. KPS and bodyweight score significantly increased in experimental group after the combined treatment,P<0.01. Subgroup of T lymphocyte increased significantly in experimental group after combined therapy,P<0.05.In conclusion,Kanglaite injection combined with chemotherapy would increase effective rate,relieve side-effects of chemotherapy, and improve life quality and immune function.
