| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨EBV感染、ras基因突变在EBV相关胃癌(EBVaGC)发生发展中的作用.方法 应用PCR-RFLP技术,分别检测13例EBVaGCs、45例与之匹配的EBV阴性胃癌(EBVnGC)以及58例相应癌旁组织中H-ras 12位点,K-ras 12、13位点突变情况.结果 检测到2例H-ras 12位点突变,突变率为4.44%(2/58),均发生在EBVnGC组织.结论 胃癌组织 ras 基因突变率较低,ras基因突变与EBVaGC的发生无明显相关性.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the pathogenic role of EBV infection and ras mutations in the development of EBV-associated gastric carcinoma(EBVaGC). Methods Ras gene mutations were tested by PCR-RFLP assay in 13 EBVaGCs,45 EBV-negative gastric carcinomas(EBVnGC) with matched clinicopathological parameters and 58 corresponding adjacent tissues of the cancer.
