| 左室肥厚的高血压病患者的室性心律失常 | |

| 摘 要： | 对44例男性高血压病患者进行心电图、超声心动图、动态心电图检查,发现超声心动图对高血压左室肥厚的敏感性比心电图高。全部病例进行24小时连续动态心电医监测结果表明,超声心功图有左室肥厚者严重室性心律失常的发生率比无左室肥厚者显著增多(P<0.01)。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper electricardiogram,ultrasonic cardiogram and 24-hour continuos ambulatory electrocardiography were made for 42 male patients with hypertension.The results showed that there was no association between ultrasonic cardiogram of left ventricular hypertrophy and elec- trocardiogram of left ventricular hypertrophy.The results of 24-hour continuous ambulatory electrocardiography revealed that the incidence rate of ventriculat arrhythmia with left ventricular hypertrophy was more remarkable than that without left ventricular hypertrophy(P<0.01) |
