| 摘 要： | 目的 吗啡持续刺激对C57BL/6小鼠骨髓来源的树突状细胞成熟的影响.方法 体外培养C57BL/6小鼠骨髓来源的树突状细胞,培养过程中给予吗啡刺激,观察细胞形态的变化；应用酶联免疫吸附法检测树突状细胞分泌细胞因子IL-12水平的变化.结果 吗啡干预各组树突状细胞中细胞因子IL-12分泌水平较对照组显著升高.结论 吗啡持...
