自我效能在医学生成就动机和自我妨碍间的中介作用

目的探讨成就动机与自我妨碍的关系,并检验自我效能在医学生成就动机与自我妨碍关系中的中介效应。方法采用自我妨碍量表、自我效能量表与成就动机问卷对394名医学生进行问卷调查。结果医学生自我妨碍存在性别差异,女生的自我妨碍得分高于男生（t=5.87,P=0.016〈0.05）,且成就动机及自我效能与医学生的自我妨碍呈显著负相关（r=-0.16,r=-0.15,P〈0.01）,自我效能在成就动机与自我妨碍中有部分中介作用。结论医学生在考前存在一定程度的自我妨碍倾向,成就动机直接影响医学生的自我妨碍倾向,并通过自我效能的中介作用间接影响自我妨碍。

Mediation effects of self-efficacy on the relationship between medical students' achievement motivation and self-handicapping
