| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression and its significance of p53 protein in oral squamous cell carcinoma.Methods The expression of p53 in 10 cases of normal oral mucosa and 50cases of OSCC were detected by S-P immunohistochemical method.Results 1)The positive rate of p53 in OSCC was 58%,while negative expression of p53 was detected in normal oral mucosa(P<0.05).2)The positive rate of p53 in lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but it uncorrelated ... |
