| 摘 要： | 目的：通过进行室内生物测试，观察拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂对淡色库蚊及致乏库蚊的药效；方法：参照GB13917．4-1992标准密闭圆筒法；结果：5种杀虫剂对淡色库蚊的KT50都不超过4min，6种杀虫剂对致乏库蚊的灯KT50基本都在5min以内；结论：几种拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂通过适当增效或是合理复配，均取得了比较理想的灭蚊效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the killing efficacy of pyrethroid insecticides against Culex pipiens pallens and Culex quin-quefasciatus .Methods: According to GB13917.4-1992 hermetic round canister method. Results:The KT50 of 5 kinds insecticides to Cidex pipiens pallens were all less than 4 min and the KT50 of 6 kinds of insecticides to Cidex quinquefasciatus were all less than 5 min. Conclusion: Using suitable synergist or rational mixture, all of the several pyrethroid insecticides have better effects. |
