| 摘 要： | 目的:观察温阳活血方对冠脉介入术后患者的疗效。方法:60例冠心病介入治疗后患者随机分为西药常规治疗(对照)组30例和西药常规治疗加温阳活血方治疗(治疗)组30例。观察患者治疗前后心绞痛积分、中医血瘀证积分和中医阳虚证积分的变化及心血管事件的差异。结果:治疗组对心绞痛、血瘀证、阳虚证的疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05),再发心血管事件明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳活血方能明显改善冠脉介入术后患者的心绞痛、中医血瘀及阳虚状态,并可以减少再发心血管事件。 |
