| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重型颅脑损伤的救治方法。方法回顾分析抢救重型颅脑损伤65例的临床资料。结果本组治愈32例,占49.2%;残疾13例,占20%;死亡16例,占24.6%。结论早期、及时、正确的救治,妥善处理合并伤,重视并发症是救治成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the treatment of severe brain injury method. Methods Retrospective analysis of emergency treatment of severe brain injury 65 cases of clinical data. Results 32 cases of cure in this group, accounting for 49.2%; 13 cases of disability, accounting for 20%; 16 cases of death, accounting for 24.6%. Conclusion Early, timely and correct treatment, proper handling of injury, treatment of attention to the complications is the key to success. |
