| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗癫痫的临床疗效。方法：将80例癫痫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组40例采用常规治疗,治疗组40例在常规治疗的基础上加用丙戊酸镁,比较两组的效果和不良反应。结果：治疗组控制21例,显效10例,有效7例,无效2例,显效率为77.5%,总有效率为95.0%。对照组,控制14例,显效6例,有效15例,无效5例,显效率为50.0%,总有效率为87.5%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组不良反应发生率为15.0%,对照组为27.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：丙戊酸镁治疗癫痫的疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。
