| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨保肛术治疗低位直肠癌的临床效果。方法：对行手术治疗的低位直肠癌的病例资料进行回顾性分析,其中保肛手术组46例采用直肠癌前侧切除术（Dixon术）,传统Miles手术组52例,并对两组在手术时间、排便次数、术后并发症等方面进行比较。结果：两组在手术时间、排便次数、术后并发症等方面差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。保肛手术疗效显著优于传统Miles手术。结论：保肛手术（即Dixon术）能显著提高手术效果,减少术后并发症,提高术后生存质量,对于低位直肠癌患者来说是一种比较理想的手术方案。 |
