| 摘 要： | 目的：比较成年和儿童病毒性脑炎的临床表现、实验室和辅助检查结果的异同。方法：收集1993年2月～2003年2月在中日友好医院住院的55例诊断为病毒性脑炎的成人和儿童患者．对其临床和实验室辅助检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果：55例患者中，儿童组22例，成人组33例，儿童组病毒性脑炎患者临床症状中的抽搐、意识障碍和腹泻的发生率明显高于成人组（P=0．0122、P=0．0079、P=0．0703）；而头痛的发生率则明显低于成人组（P=0．0013）。其他临床体征如巴宾斯基征等、实验室和辅助检查结果差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：儿童和成年病毒性脑炎患者的部分临床症状不同，而实验室和辅助检查结果多无显著区别，提示成人和儿童发生病毒性脑炎的病理生理机制相同。 |
