葛根素对急性脑梗死患者血清白细胞介素6和白细胞介素10水平的影响

目的观察急性脑梗死患者应用葛根素对血清IL-6和IL-10水平的影响。方法 160例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为治疗组(葛根素+常规治疗)和对照组(常规治疗),于治疗前和治疗后14 d检测血清IL-6、IL-10水平,并对治疗前、后的数据进行比较。结果两组急性脑梗死患者在治疗前血清IL-6[治疗组和对照组分别为(75.62±3.02)ng/L,(73.95±4.31)ng/L]高于健康体检组[(23.49±4.25)ng/L],血清IL-10[治疗组、对照组和健康体检组分别为(5.78±4.85)ng/L,(6.76±5.57)ng/L,(27.64±5.78)ng/L]低于健康体检组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者血清IL-6[治疗组和对照组分别为(25.78±5.35)ng/L,(38.49±5.25)ng/L]水平下降,血清IL-10[治疗组和对照组分别为(6.76±5.57)ng/L,(20.34±4.34)ng/L]水平增高,但治疗组更明显。结论监测血清IL-6和IL-10水平有助于判断脑梗死的预后;应用葛根素治疗显著降低患者血清IL-6水平,同时显著增高患者血清IL-10水平,从而减轻脑组织损伤,有利于脑梗死患者的转归。
